TELEMETRY OPTION

The telemetry option uses wireless technology to communicate between an office PC and Loaders on site. With this communication established a truck can be entered on site. Pre-programmed information such as truck identity, job order number, product required, and requested weight is easily entered at a manned or unmanned point of entry to the yard.

This information is recorded and sent via the radio link to the Loaders on site. As the job is completed the actual load data is:

• Deleted automatically from any other Loader on site.
• Sent back and linked to the entry data giving information such as requested versus actual weight supplied, time of truck entry versus time of exit, date, truck identification, customer product etc.

OFFICE HARDWARE

The Building Blocks Software interfaces the whole system and stores the data. If the site is so configured the saved data can be emailed to a head office at times selected for processing.
